| 摘 要： | 对东方百合三、二倍体杂交获得的种子萌发进行了统计及相关的比较研究,并对其杂交后代进行了细胞学观察研究。染色体数目观察结果表明:均为二倍体植株,但各株系还出现了一些非整倍体细胞;核型分析结果表明:杂交后代的核型类型都属于Stebbins的3B核型,且都完全符合二倍体百合属核型特征,但各株系间出现了核型多样性,各类染色体组成、数量及其在核型中排序的位置等存在差异。

| Abstract: | Statistic and comparative study on the germination of hybrid seeds from triploid and diploid of Lilium oriental and cytological observation on their hybrid offspring were carried out in this paper.The observed chromosome number revealed that all of the hybrid offspring were diploid,but each strain had some aneuploid cells.Karyotype analysis showed that,the karyotypes of the hybrid offspring belonged to the 3B karyotype of Stebbins and completely accorded with the karyotype characteristics of diploid Lilium.However,there was karyotype diversity in the strains and there existed differences in chromosome composition,quantity and its position order in the karyotype. |
