摘    要:四川省农科院自主创新取得了丰硕的成果,成果转化产生了显著的社会经济效益,科技综合实力明显提升。这些成绩是全院坚持服务"三农"为己任,广大职工求真务实,大力加强自主创新和成果转化取得的。主要做法和体会是突出重点,科学发展;增添措施,狠抓自主创新;加强密切协作,建立产学研联盟;围绕优势特色产业发展,提供关键技术支撑;围绕企业需求,搞好科技服务;加大推广力度,加速成果转化等。

Abstract:There had great achievements on autonomous innovation in Sichuan Academy of Agriculture Science (SAAS). Significant economical and social benefit was produced based on transformation of science & technology achievements and comprehensive research ability of agriculture technology was risen up obviously. All these results came from insisting on service for "three -agriculture" in SAAS, reality and sureness spirit in the brain of whole staff and strengthening autonomous innovation and transformation of the achievements. Main practice and experiences were summarized in the paper, including highlighting the emphasis and scientific development, adding measures to grasp autonomous innovation, strengthening intimate collaboration and establishing alliances among production units, university and research units, providing key technological supports for development of advantage characteristics industry, doing well science and technology services around enterprise demand, strengthening agricultural extension to speed up the transforming of achievements, etc.
