| 摘 要： | 为分析干燥参数对苜蓿品质的影响,研究了热风温度对苜蓿干品中酸性洗涤不溶氮(ADIN)以及干燥温度、热风速度、处理方法和干燥时间对苜蓿干草中的粗蛋白和粗纤维含量影响。结果表明,随着干燥温度和进程增加,ADIN值呈增加趋势;对苜蓿粗蛋白变化率的影响程度从大到小依次为干燥温度、干燥时间、热风速度和处理方式(负相关)。对苜蓿中粗纤维含量相对变化率影响程度依次为干燥温度、热风速度、干燥时间和处理方式(负相关)。对于初始含水率70.17%的苜蓿鲜苜蓿,在干燥温度140℃、热风速度0.65m·s-1,条件下,经4min干燥,可以获得高蛋白质和低纤维高品质苜蓿干草。
