摘    要:研究了冷激和魔芋涂膜处理对采后琯溪蜜柚的生理效应.结果表明,冷激结合涂膜处理,可有效抑制柚果的枯水,显著抑制柚果的呼吸强度,改变柚皮中POD(过氧化物酶)活性变化趋势,从而能较好地保持蜜柚原有的品质和风味。

Abstract:The physiological effects of honey pummelo fruits treated with konjac glucomannan film coating and cold-shocking were studied. The results showed that the treatment restrained respiration rate of the fruits. The activity of peroxidase in the peel of the fruits was changed. Thus the original qualities and flavor of the fruits were kept.
