| 摘 要： | 目的]研究螺田大蒜脱毒快繁技术。方法]以江西名优地方品种螺田大蒜为试验材料，通过茎盘分生组织的培养，获得了螺田大蒜试管苗。通过激素配比试验，筛选出大蒜脱毒苗快速繁殖的最佳培养基。结果]大蒜茎盘的不定芽诱导率随6-BA浓度的增加而增加，随NAA浓度的增加而降低，培养基中高比例的6-BA有利于螺田大蒜茎盘不定芽分化。利用大蒜茎盘诱导出芽的最适培养基为MS＋6-BA3．0mg／L＋NAA0．1mg/L，诱导生根的最适培养基为^俗＋NAA0．5mg/L.生根后形成试管苗，通过对试管苗的病毒检测，选择不带病毒的植株，移栽得到小鳞茎。结论]螺田大蒜的脱毒快繁技术可有效去除大蒜的病毒，恢复其种性。
