| 摘 要： | 《利用AFLP技术分析植物基因组》实验课在教学过程中存在技术原理理解难、实验操作难度大、优秀学生求知欲难满足等突出问题,通过编写教材、制作视频课件、实施开放性实验3个方面的尝试,收到了较好的教学效果。

| Abstract: | There were some extrusive problems during the experimental teaching course named by using the AFLP technique for the analysis of plant genome,such as hardly understanding the technical principle,great difficulty of experimental operation and unsatisfying learning needs for excellent students.Better teaching effect was got by three attempts of compiling textbooks,making video courseware and conducting open experiment. |
