摘    要:目前客车门窗刚度没有形成相应的标准,车身结构的设计需要考虑其刚度特性。以三轴式公交客车承载式车身骨架为研究对象,在ansys软件中用有限元分析法,采用Beam188梁单元建立车身骨架有限元模型,并对模型进行加载和约束,在弯曲、扭转、紧急制动和急转弯工况下,计算得到各门窗结构的变形量,对比各工况分析客车门窗结构刚度,得到了各门窗的刚度数据,为车身刚度优化设计工作提供参考依据,对刚度不足之处进行设计改进。通过模态计算得到车身固有频率,并识别各频率下的模态振型,考虑客车行驶的动态特性对结构刚度的影响。

Abstract:The standard of doors and windows stiffness is not existence currently. It needs to consider structure design of the body. With three shaft type bus body as the research object, using Ansys as the finite element analysis software, the finite element model of bus body frame is built with the Beam188. Under the condition of bending, torsion, emergency brake and sharp turn, the loading body model is calculated. The stiffness data of the doors and windows is acquired, and the deformation is contrasted and analyzed under each condition. It provides valuable theoretical guidance for new products design and improvement. Inherent frequency of the body is obtained through calculation of the modal, and the model vibration is identified, the influence of buses driving dynamic characteristics to the rigidity of structure is considered.
