| 摘 要： | 根据调查显示,农村低保基层工作人员状况是影响低保工作服务质量和工作效率的主要因素之一。文章结合社会工作人才的专业性与农村低保工作的特点,运用SWOT分析法,分析了社会工作人才介入农村低保救助工作的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战,以期探索出一套适合农村低保并有利于促进城乡低保一体化的工作思路。

| Abstract: | The results of investigation showed that the workers＇ condition in the basic units was one of the chief factors which affect the service quality and efficiency in the minimum living security work.Combining the characters of rural minimum living security work and profession of social work talents,advantages,disadvantages,opportunity and challenges of social work talents applying to the minimum living security in countryside were analyzed by the SWOT method in the paper.The purpose of this study was to explore a new way which was suitable to the minimum living security in countryside and was favor to promote the integration of urban and rural minimum living security. |
