| 摘 要： | 针对传统的手工管理已不适应当前科研迅速发展要求的问题,开发出将科研管理与Internet融合到一起的科研项目管理系统,提高了管理效率。介绍了一个采用Jsp进行设计的基于三层架构的科研项目管理系统,探讨了系统的体系结构、功能及其实现的关键技术。实践运行结果表明,该系统满足及时性和跨地域性的办公信息化的需求,大大地改善了管理方式。
