| 摘 要： | 选择无流产史、无疾病,个体大小相近的安装永久性瘤胃瘘管的2头延边黄牛,采用自身对照设计法进行延边黄牛哺乳母牛优化日粮对其瘤胃内环境参数影响的研究.结果表明,pH值均在正常范围之内;饲喂优化日粮组总VFA、乙酸、丙酸、丁酸浓度明显高于对照组,且差异极显著(P<0.01);优化日粮的添加使得乙酸/丙酸值变小,但瘤胃发酵还是属于乙酸发酵型,对乳脂率无负影响.

| Abstract: | Two ruminally fistulated Yanbian Yellow Cattle which were healthy,non-aborted and at the same body weight were selected to determine the effect of optimized diet on the inner ruminal environment of Yanbian Yellow Cattle nursing cows.The results showed as: pH was normal;the contents of VFA,acetate,propionate and butyrate of experiment group were all higher than the control group;(P<0.01) A/P decreased as the accession of the optimized diet,however,the type of fermentation was still to be acetate-fermentation,there were no negative effects on the ratio of fat in milk. |
