| 摘 要： | 目的]研究消毒清洁措施实施对斜纹夜蛾室内种群生长发育状况的影响效果。方法]配制2%的甲醛溶液和5%新鲜石灰水等的消毒药剂作消毒清洁处理,不采取消毒措施作对照,采用天然饲料在清洁处理和对照条件下分别喂养斜纹夜蛾,比较了消毒清洁措施实施与否对其生长发育、繁殖能力以及死亡率的影响。结果]斜纹夜蛾供试虫的蛹重、羽化率、产卵量、卵孵化率及各虫态的累计死亡率在消毒处理与对照之间存在0.05水平显著差异,幼虫历期和蛹历期虽然没有显著性差异,但是前者比后者要短一些。结论]采取消毒措施后喂养的斜纹夜蛾的生长发育状况好于对照,改善人工饲养环境条件有助于提高斜纹夜蛾的存活率和繁殖力。

| Abstract: | Objective] The experiment was to study the effects of disinfection and sanitation on the development status of laboratory-rearing Prodenia Lituras population. Method ] In the laboratory,2% formaldehyde and 5% fresh limewater were prepared as the disinfection medicament for disinfection and sanitation treatment and no disinfection and sanitation were taken as the control,Prodenia Lituras population were fed on natural feedstuff under the condition of the disinfection treatment and the control to compare the effects of implementing disinfection and sanitation on their development,reproduction ability and mortality.Result]There were some significant differences between the disinfection treatment and the control about the pupae weight,eclosion rate,oviposition rate,egg-hatching rate,and the accumulative mortalities during different insect state of Prodenia Litura.The was no significant difference between the durations of the larvae and pupae,however,the former was slightly shorter than the latter.Conclusion] The development status of laboratory Prodenia Lituras population was better than that of the control after the application of the disinfection and sanitation.In addition,improving the environmental conditions of laboratory-rearing Prodenia Lituras were in favor of increasing the livability. |
