| 摘 要： | 本文通过对林业新时期森林经营的定义、效益分析、成本计算的讨论,认为可持续地发挥森林的生态效益、经济效益和社会效益,是该时期森林经营的目的.而目的的实现,在于维护森林资源的机会成本T(不能采伐树木而减少的收入)得到相应补偿,因此实现森林的可持续经营,是政府、企业和公众共同努力的目标,本文由此提出了林业新时期森林经营应遵循的原则.
