摘    要:采用SRAP分子标记技术对采自贵州省盘州市、普安县、贵阳市、兴义市、毕节市、威宁县、沿河县种源地的168份核桃农家种样品进行遗传多样性分析.结果表明,从132对引物组合中筛选出了19对图谱带型清晰、丰富、重复性好的引物组合;168份样品用这些引物组合共扩增出309条清晰可重复的条带,其中多态性条带281条,多态性比率为...

Abstract:Genetic diversity of the 168 native walnut germplasms collected from Panxian,Pu’an,Guiyang,Xingyi,Bijie,Weining and Yanhe in Guizhou was analyzed using SRAP marker.The results showed that 19 pairs of primer screened out from 132 pairs of primer combinations could amplify clear,rich,and good repetitive bands,and a total of 309 clear and repeatable bands were amplified from 168 samples using these primer combinations.Among them,281 bands were polymorphic,and the polymorphism ratio was 90.94%.The results of cluster analysis showed that at the similarity coefficient of 0.62,all walnut germplasms were clustered into two groups,while at the similarity coefficient of 0.72,these walnut germplasms were clustered into ten groups,which indicated that these native walnut germplasms were related to each other.Additionally,the walnut germplasm from Xingyi had the highest level of genetic diversity among the germplasms studied.
