热风微波耦合技术在果蔬中的研究进展

摘    要:简述了热风微波耦合干燥的基本概念及原理,指出其优缺点,论述了热风微波耦合技术在果蔬加工领域的研究现状,梳理了该干燥技术的影响因素,并对热风微波耦合干燥技术的发展趋势进行了展望。

Research Progress of Hot Air and Microwave Coupled Technology in Fruits and Vegetables Drying
Abstract:In this paper, the basic concept and principle of hot air and microwave coupled drying were introduced, the advantages and disadvantages of coupled technology compared with other drying methods were pointed out. The current research status of hot air and microwave coupled drying technology in the field of fruit and vegetable processing was discussed, while influencing factors of coupled drying technology were summarized. The future development trend of hot air and microwave coupled drying technology was prospected.
