| 摘 要： | 在论述数量增长型农业向效益型农业转变的必要性之后，阐述了数量增长型农业向质量效益型农业转变的基本内容是提高农业增长质量和效益，以及维护农业生态平衡；最后，提出了实现数据增长型农业转变为质量效益型农业的主要途径是提高农业生产的科技含量，完善农产品市场体系和健全政府支持体系。

| Abstract: | The idea that the essential contents of the change from quantity-increasing type agriculture to quality-benefit type agriculture is to improve the quality and benefit of agricultural increasing and to safeguard the balance kf agricultural ecology was set forth after discussion of the changing necessity.At the end,it was given that the main way of achieving the change is to increasing the scientific and technological contents of agricultural productivity,to perfect the market system of agricultural products and to amplify the system of government support. |
