摘    要:秸秆氨化技术中,决定氨化效果和氨化经济效益的重要条件是氨化工艺和氨源。本文根据氨源的特性,分析了影响氨化效果的参数。通过室内模拟氨化炉的氨化试验和氨化现场抽样化验秸秆营养成分及饲喂试验,证明碳铵加热分解快速氨化秸秆的新工艺是切实可行的。

Abstract:Within the straw ammoniation technique, selecting technology and resource of ammonia is important for quality control and economic efficiency. According to the features of ammonia resource the factors which influence ammoniating effect were analysed. Through a indoor experiment of simulating ammoniating chamber and nutrition sample test of real ammoniated straw, as well as a feeding experiment, approved thet the new ammoniating straw technology by quick thermo-decomposing ammonium bicarbonate is a feasible technique.
