摘    要:目的]研究外来入侵物种空心莲子草花粉形态和生活力。方法]利用光学显微镜、扫描电镜对空心莲子草花粉形态进行了观察,并采用花粉萌发试验、碘-碘化钾染色法和醋酸洋红染色法测定了其花粉的生活力。结果]空心莲子草结籽比例很低,小于1%;花粉呈球形或近球形,直径为24~32μm,扫描电镜下,多数花粉发育畸形,萌发孔壁发育不完全,有断裂;花粉萌发率很低,约4.3%,碘-碘化钾和醋酸洋红的染色率也很低,分别为5.4%和6.8%;空心莲子草有性繁殖能力较低。结论]花粉不育可能是空心莲子草结籽率很低或不结籽的主要原因;对空心莲子草的防治应重点考虑其无性繁殖能力的控制。

Detection on Pollen Morphology and Viability of Alien Invasive Species Alternanthera philoxeroides
Abstract:Objective] The aim was to study the pollen morphology and viability of an alien invasive species Alternanthera philoxeroides.Method] The pollen morphology of A.philoxeroides was observed by light microscopy and scanning electron microscopy,and its pollen viability pollen was detected by pollen germination test,I-KI stained method,and acetum-magenta stained method.Result] The seed forming rate of A.philoxeroides was lower than 1% and the pollen was spherical or near spherical with the diameter of 24-32 μm.Under the scanning electron microscopy,the majority of pollen grains was abnormal,the development of the aperture wall was not complete and it had rupture.The pollen germination rate was low,being about 4.3%,and the rate of dyeing of I-KI and acetum-magenta was also low,being 5.4% and 6.8%,resp.The sexual propagation ability of A.philoxeroides was lower.Conclusion] The pollen sterility may be the main reason for the low seed set ratio or no seed of A.philoxeroides.Its asexual propagation ability should be primarily considered in the prevention of A.philoxeroides.
