| 摘 要： | 从养殖场患病金鱼脾脏分离到1株优势菌株,形态特征和生理生化测试结果表明:该菌为革兰氏阴性杆菌,发酵葡萄糖产酸产气,氧化酶、接触酶阳性,生长无需NaCl。结合16SrRNA基因序列和系统发育树的分析结果,确定该菌为维氏气单胞菌(Aeromonasveronii)。药敏试验结果显示:在18种抗菌类药物中,分离菌对氯霉素、氟苯尼考、头孢氨苄、利福平和新生霉素5种药物敏感,而对强力霉素等11种药物敏感度低。

| Abstract: | A predominant bacterium was isolated from the spleen of a diseased goldfish(Carassius auratus)in an aquatic farm.Its morphological,physiological,biochemical characteristics and 16S rRNA sequence analysis were studied.The isolated strain was gram-negative,glucose fermented with gas and acid production,oxidase-positive,catalase-positive,unrequired sodium chloride for growth.The sequence analysis of 16S rRNA gene and comparison with those of other related aeromonas showed that the strain was very close to Aeromonas veronii.The testing results for drug sensitive showed that among 18 antibiotics,chloromycetin,lorfenicol,cephalexin,rifampicin and novobiocin had the most inhibitive effects on the strain,while the other 11 antibiotics such as doxycycline hadn′t the inhibitive effects. |
