| 摘 要： | 发展农产品加工业、促进农产品加工转化增值是提高农业比较利益、提升农业竞争力的关键环节。黑龙江是全国的农业大省,其农产品加工业的发展是财政收入的重要来源、农民增收的主要途径,因此,在由农业大省向农业强省转变的过程中,黑龙江省迫切需要大力发展农产品加工业。在分析黑龙江农产品加工业现状的基础上,针对黑龙江省农产品加工业对经济增长的贡献进行分析,从而得出促进黑龙江省农产品加工业发展的对策和建议。

| Abstract: | To develop the processing industry for agricultural products, promote the processing of agricultural products increment and to improve the agricultural comparative advantage, is key to enhance the competitiveness of agriculture. Heilongjiang is a big agriculture province in China, the development of agricultural products processing industry is an important source of revenue and a main way to increase income of farmers. Therefore, in the process of transformation from a big agriculture province to a strong agriculture province, Heilongjiang province has an urgent need to vigorously develop the processing industry of agriculture products. Based on analysis of agriculture product processing industry in Heilongjiang the contribution to the economic growth, was analyzed and countermeasures and suggestions promoting the development of agriculture products processing industry in Heilongjiang province put forward. |
