摘 要: | 研究不同大孔树脂对蜂王浆中10-羟基-2-癸烯酸的吸附和解吸性能,筛选出一种适合10-羟基-2-癸烯酸(10-HDA)纯化的大孔吸附树脂,并对树脂的吸附、解吸条件进行了优。经测定所获的10-羟基-2-癸烯酸纯度为86%。

Abstract: | A Macroporous Resins is more suitable in the absorption and elution capacity in extraction of 10-hydroxy-2- decenoic acid from Royal Jelly. Through optimized experiment, the purification of the 10-hydroxy-2-decenoic acid can reach to 86%. |
