| 摘 要： | 为创新服务机制,强化服务职能,提高服务水平,体贴农民,关心农民,帮助农民,切实为农民办实事,在双流县委、县政府的关心支持下,成立了“双流县农牧110”。经过一段时间的宣传和运行,已得到了农民群众的认可,取得了初步的成效。本文从农牧110的建立、农牧110的运行、几点体会、努力方向等方面入手,介绍了农牧110从成立到现在的运行情况,具体做法和取得的主要成效。提出了农牧110今后的努力方向,要把农牧110建成为农民群众服务的民心工程,要以农牧110建设为契机,加快构建和完善农村服务体系,助推社会主义新农村建设。

| Abstract: | In order to innovate service mechanism,strengthen service function,raise the service level,understand the farmer,help the farmer,practically handle the solid matter for the farmer,under Communist Party of China Shuangliu County committee,under the Shuangliu County people's government cares and the supports,"The Shuangliu County farming and animal husbandry 110" was estabished.And it worked diligently after more than 2 months widespread propagandas,obtained the farmer populace's approval,which has obtained preliminary result and effect.This article discussed the construction,execution,and some thinkings. |
