| 摘 要： | 农业网络信息技术培训在东盟的研究经验和实践成果证明，结合多种网络技术和培训方式，可有效地利用国家和当地培训资源、充分发挥公益类培训项目优势，将其社会效益发挥至最大限度。如何充分利用我国的农业网络信息技术资源形成良好的培训环境，充分发挥国际项目的影响力，发展我国的现代农业信息技术是当今我国农村广大地区应该着手解决的问题。
