| 摘 要： | 目的]研究重金属铅对鲫鱼抗氧化能力的影响。方法]用0、0．01、0．05、0．10、0．50、1．00mmol／L的含铅水溶液处理鲫鱼，比较不同处理鲫鱼血清过氧化氢含量、过氧化氢酶和髓过氧化物酶活力。结果]低浓度铅（0．01mmol／L）对鲫鱼血清CAT活力具有一定的促进作用，高浓度铅对鲫鱼血清CAT活力具有抑制作用；鲫鱼血清中H2O2含量随铅离子处理浓度的升高呈上升趋势，但1．00mmol／L铅离子处理组鲫鱼血清H2O2含量低于0．50mmol／L铅离子处理组；较低浓度的铅（0．01、0．05mmol／L）能够提高鲫鱼血清MPO活力，高浓度铅则抑制鲫鱼血清MPO活力。结论]该研究为鱼类生存环境重金属污染的定量分析提供了参考。
