PEG-6000模拟干旱对春小麦种子萌发的影响

摘    要:以春小麦品种宁春50号和宁春4号种子为供试材料,采用5种不同浓度的PEG-6000模拟干旱条件,研究春小麦种子萌发期对干旱胁迫的响应,比较不同品种春小麦的抗旱性。结果表明,随着PEG-6000浓度的增加,春小麦种子发芽指数、干物质转移率、芽长、总鲜重均呈明显下降趋势,种子残留干重、总干重、根冠比则呈上升趋势;低中浓度的PEG-6000处理对春小麦种子的发芽率和发芽势无显著影响,高浓度的PEG-6000处理下种子的发芽率和发芽势显著下降,宁春50号早期幼苗的可溶性蛋白和脯氨酸含量以及抗氧化物酶活性呈上升趋势,而宁春4号则呈先上升后下降的趋势。采用隶属函数法比较2个品种春小麦种子萌发期的抗旱性,宁春50号种子萌发期抗旱性高于宁春4号。

Abstract:Using spring wheat varieties Ningchun 50th and Ningchun 4th as test materials,5 different concentrations of PEG-6000 were used to simulate drought conditions to study the response of spring wheat seeds to drought stress at the germination stage,and to compare the drought resistance of different spring wheat varieties.The results showed that with the increase of PEG-6000 concentration,the sprouting index,dry matter transfer rate,bud length and total fresh weight of spring wheat showed a significant downward trend,while the residual dry weight,total dry weight and root crown ratio of seeds showed an upward trend.The PEG-6000 treatment with low medium concentration had no significant effect on the germination rate and germination potential of spring wheat seeds,while the PEG-6000 treatment with high concentration significantly reduced the germination rate and germination potential of spring wheat seeds.The content of soluble protein and proline and the activity of antioxidant enzyme of early seedling of Ningchun 50 th showed an increasing trend,while Ningchun 4 th showed a tendency of first rising and then decreasing.The drought resistance of two varieties of spring wheat seed germination period was compared by the membership function subordinate method,and the drought resistance of Ningchun 50 th seed germination period was higher than that of Ningchun 4 th.
