摘    要:通过水培方法培养小麦杂交后代衡9966与亲本及近缘品种,在幼苗期通过PEG-6000控制水分吸收进行干旱胁迫。15d后测定幼苗鲜重、根冠比、叶绿素含量、过氧化产物丙二醛含量和脯氨酸含量,同时测定保护酶系统过氧化氢酶、过氧化物酶及超氧化物歧化酶活性,探究各品种抗旱性能的差异。结果表明,干旱胁迫下4个品种的鲜重下降、叶绿素含量均有所提升,且根冠比增大。丙二醛含量上升,脯氨酸含量显著升高。3种抗氧化酶活性变化不一致,其中超氧化物歧化酶活性均增大,而过氧化氢酶活性均降低,过氧化物酶活性除衡9966升高外,其它3个品种均降低。通过隶属函数计算分析,4个品种中,杂交后代衡9966隶属度最高,抗旱性最强。

Abstract:The hydroponic method was used to cultivate the post-generation of the hybrid wheat heng 9966 with the parental and related species,and the water uptake was controlled by PEG-6000 in the seedling stage to carry out drought stress.After 15 days,the seedling fresh weight,root-shoot ratio,chlorophyll content and peroxidized product malondialdehyde (MDA) content and proline content were determined,and the protective enzyme system catalase (CAT) and peroxidase (POD) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity were determined to explore the differences in their drought resistance of different varieties.The results showed that under drought stress,the fresh weight decreased and the chlorophyll content of the four varieties increased,and the root-shoot ratio increased.The malondialdehyde content increased and the proline content increased significantly.The activities of the three antioxidant enzymes were inconsistent,among which the activity of SOD increased,while the activity of CAT decreased.Except heng 9966,the activity of POD decreased,and the other three varieties decreased.Through the membership function calculation analysis,hybrid offspring heng 9966 membership degree was the highest,drought resistance was the strongest in 4 varieties.
