电导法测定龙眼耐寒性的研究

摘    要:采摘福眼、乌龙岭、油潭本和普明庵等品种的枝梢、叶片,置于不同低温下处理后,用DDS-11型电导仪测定其电导率。结果表明油潭本、普明庵较福眼、乌龙岭耐寒。低温处理后的枝梢插于定量水中,水变黄褐色,其色泽梯度与低温程度呈极显著相关,可通过测定消光度来鉴别其耐寒性。龙眼不同枝梢因成熟度不同,其耐寒性亦有差异。电渗率冬梢>秋梢>夏梢。但夏秋梢因均已成熟,差异不显著。随着低温持续时间的延长,龙眼枝梢电渗率增高。龙眼枝梢与叶片的耐寒性有极显著的相关性,相关系数福眼为0.9589~0.9903,乌龙岭0.8784~0.9634,油潭本0.8650~0.9755,普明庵0.8009~0.9691。故可用叶片来测定龙眼的耐寒性。

Abstract:Experiments were made in Jan.1984 and Jan.1985 respectively. The shoots and leaves of Fuyan, Wulongling, Youtanben and Puming'an, the major varieties of longan in Fujian Province, were used as testing materials and the electrical conductor, DDS-11 as instrument. The permeating rates of electrolytes (PRE) in various low temperature conditions were calculated as follows:PRE=(Electrical conductivity for chilled shoots)/(Electrical conductivity for boiled shoots)×100%.The results all obtained are as follows: 1. Above 0 ℃ there was no significant variation in PRE; At-2℃, PRE of Fuyan, Wulongling increased rapidly and both shoots and leaves were injured, watery spots being observed. Youtanben and Puming'an were more cold resistant. 3. PRE varied with different stages of maturity of shoots,with winter shoots being the highest, and summer shoots the lowest whill autumn shoots between. 3. The longer the low temperature lasted, the higher the PRE, For example, PRE under-1℃, 24 hrs. approximated that under-4℃, 4hrs. 4. The cold resistance ability of Longan shoots was highly significantly correlated to that of leaves therefore the latter may be used to estimate the former.
