抗病毒合剂对机体免疫器官的影响

摘    要:“抗病毒合剂”由多种清热药及补益药组成,以小鼠和雏鸡为试验模型,研究该合剂对机体免疫器官的作用,分别于给药前(0d),给药后7d,14d测定小鼠脾脏指数,给药后20d测定雏鸡法氏囊指数;对小鼠脾脏,胸腺及雏鸡法氏囊,脾脏进行了组织学观察,结果显示,试验组小鼠脾脏指数与对照组相比差异不显著(P>0.05),试验组雏鸡法氏囊指数显著高于对照组(P<0.01),对小鼠和雏鸡免疫器官的组织学观察表明,试验组免疫器官的生长,发育均优于对照组,表明“抗病毒合剂”可在一定程度上促进机体免疫器官的发育。

Abstract:"Anti-virus mixture" consisted of many kinds of heat-clearing drugs and drugs withtonic effect.We studied the function of the mixture on immune organs by the mode of mouse and chicken.The index of mouse spleen was investigated before feeding and after feeding with drugs 7 day and 14 day respectively,the index of chicken cloacal bursa was also determined after feeding with drugs 20 day.The histologicalob servation of both spleen,thymus in mouse and cloacal bursa,spleen in chicken were done simultaneously.The results suggested that there had not significant difference of the index between the experimental and the control (P>0.05),and the index of experimental chicken was obviously higher than the control (P<0.01).The histological observation showed that the growth and development of experimental immune organs were all better than the control.The results above demonstrated that "Anti-virus mixture" should improve development of immune organs of body.
