| 摘 要： | 从西湖风景名胜区景中村的现状入手,分析了其特点及典型问题,从人口调控、经营模式、村民素质、人才培养等方面提出了有效增进景中村管理和发展的对策.最后,将国内其他风景名胜区景中村的情况与西湖风景名胜区景中村进行了对比,指出了其他景区景中村可以借鉴和关注的管理思路.
