| 摘 要： | 本文详细分析了沙棘叶中黄酮类生物活性成分含量的变化规律。研究表明,不同品种、产地和采摘时间对沙棘叶品质均有明显的影响,并呈规律性变化,此项研究的结果可为今后沙棘的选种、育种和适宜采摘时间的确定提供必要的基础数据,具有重要的指导意义。 |

The Studies on the Content and Variation Regularity of Flavone Active Component in Seabuckthorn Leaves |

| Abstract: | The paper analyses in details the content and variation regularity of flavone active compo-nent in seabuckthorn leaves. It is showed that the content of flavonoid in the leaves was determined aiming at the effect of the breed, producing area as well as the picked time and the influencing regular-ity of these factors was obtained. All of these results will provide the necessary basic data for the pop-ulation selection, breeding and determination of the picked time. |
