| 摘 要： | 系统分析了河北省近年来粮食生产和畜牧、蔬菜、果品3大农业主导产业现状。根据国家政策和全省地理位置和气候特点，认为河北农业将以保障粮食安全、建设现代农业、发展循环农业等为发展趋势，提出了以立足于提高资源利用率，满足以“生产专业化、经营一体化、产品标准化”为特征的现代农业发展需要和满足以“专业化、多元化、知识化”为特征的新型农民需要的4大技术需求。

| Abstract: | The current status of grain production and the three agricultural leading industries （animal husbandry, vegetable and fruit ） in Hebei Province in recent years are analyzed. Based on the national policies and geographical position and climate characteristics of Hebei Province, ensuring food safety, constructing modern agriculture and developing circular agriculture should be tanken as the development tendency of agriculture. The demands for modern agriculture development with production specialization, management integration and product standardization standing on improving resource utilization efficiency, and that for new peasants with specialization, diversification and more educated should be met. |
