| Abstract: | The causes of low self-development capacity and the significance of improving self-development capacity in ethnic minority areas of West Sichuan Province were analyzed,and some suggestions were proposed,such as strengthening infrastructure construction,enhancing rural basic education,improving physical quality,adjusting industrial structure,and enhancing grass-root party organizations as well as democratic and legal construction. |
