| 摘 要： | 随着国家拉动内需政策的启动,我国农村消费量逐步扩大。十七大报告将生态文明建设作为我国全面建设小康社会的重要战略目标之一。通过分析生态消费模式和农村生态文明的内涵及特征,探讨当前我国农村消费中存在的问题,指出为实现全面建设小康社会的战略目标,需要转变农村消费方式。而构建农村生态消费模式,是建设农村生态文明的内在要求,在农村发展生态消费模式,可以为建设农村生态文明提供有利支撑。因此,需要在农村普及生态消费模式的理念,奠定农村生态文明建设的思想基础;大力发展农村经济,为农村生态文明建设提供物质基础;完善相关的政策法规,运用法律手段规范这一消费方式,为可持续消费、生态消费、绿色消费提供制度依据和法律保障。
