超声辅助提取棕榈叶中总黄酮的工艺研究

摘    要:目的]研究超声辅助提取棕榈叶中总黄酮的工艺。方法]采用超声辅助提取棕榈叶中总黄酮,在单因素试验基础上,通过正交试验优化提取工艺。结果]最佳提取工艺为固液比1:20 g/ml,超声温度60℃,超声时间30 min,乙醇体积分数80%,在此条件下,总黄酮得率为2.478%。结论]为进一步开发利用棕榈叶资源提供了科学依据。
