| 摘 要： | 为了研究影响党参药材品质的因素,笔者从党参的种质、生长环境、栽培技术、加工炮制及储藏等方面对文献进行了研究,比较了不同种质党参的品质以及环境、栽培、加工炮制等技术对党参有效成分和药效的影响。试验报道均以党参中党参炔苷、党参多糖和苍术内酯Ⅲ的含量等有效活性成分为指标进行评价。笔者认为不同党参种质、生长环境、农艺措施、采收方法、加工方法、炮制方法和贮藏等几个因素都会影响党参药材的品质,但影响的程度各不相同,其中影响程度最大的是党参的种质,而其他因素之间的影响程度大小关系仍需要作进一步的研究。提高和稳定党参药材品质的技术措施：抓住党参的种质这一重要环节,选择种质好的或含有效成分高的品种,能够提高党参的质量;环境条件影响党参的品质和有效成分含量,因此应该选择道地药材环境来种植以保证党参药材品质的稳定性;农艺措施对党参品质和产量的影响是不容忽视的,选择最适的农艺措施将会进一步提高党参产量和有效成份含量;加工方法不仅会影响党参有效成分的含量,同时还会影响到后期的储藏;党参的炮制方法对党参的化学成分和药效有一定影响,探究最佳的炮制方法是对临床药效的保证;选择最适的党参储藏方法可以有效的控制活性物质的损失,提高党参质量。

| Abstract: | In order to study on the factors affecting the quality of CODONOPSIS RADIX,the literatures were studied from the aspects of germ plasm,habitat,cultivation technology,processing,storage,and so on.The qualities of different verities of CODONOPSIS RADIX were compared,as well as the effects of their environment,cultivation,processing on the active ingredients and efficacy of CODONOPSIS RADIX.The contents of lobetyolin,polysaccharides,and atractylenolide Ⅲ in CODONOPSIS RADIX were taken as the evaluation indices.It was found out that the germ plasm,habitat,cultivation technology,processing,and storage affected the quality of CODONOPSIS RADIX to different degrees.Among them,germ plasm had the greatest influencing degree;and the influence degrees of the rest factors still needed further study.Technical measures were used to enhance and stabilize the quality of CODONOPSIS RADIX: pay attention to the germ plasm and select varieties with high quality and active ingredient in order to enhance the quality of CODONOPSIS RADIX;since environmental conditions affect the quality and active ingredient,genuine environment for medicinal materials should selected in order to ensure the quality stability of CODONOPSIS RADIX;effects of agronomic measures on the quality and output should not be ignored,and the optimal agronomic measures could further enhance the output and active ingredient content in CODONOPSIS RADIX;processing method not only affected the content of active ingredient,but also influenced the storage;processing method affected the chemical composition and efficacy of CODONOPSIS RADIX,and study on the optimal processing method could ensure the clinical pharmacodynamics;the optimal storage method could effectively control the loss of active materials and enhance the quality of CODONOPSIS RADIX. |
