茎瘤芥超氧化物歧化酶活性的研究

摘    要:目的]揭示茎瘤芥超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性以及pH、底物浓度、温度对SOD活性的影响。方法]以茎瘤芥的瘤茎及叶片为试验材料,用邻苯三酚自氧化法分别测得它们中SOD的活性,以及pH、底物浓度、温度对其活性的影响,从而比较茎瘤芥瘤茎及叶片中SOD的含量,以及是否具有开发利用的价值。结果]茎瘤芥瘤茎SOD的活性在200~300 U/g;茎瘤芥叶片SOD的活性在250~400U/g。说明茎瘤芥叶片SOD活性高于茎瘤芥瘤茎SOD活性。茎瘤芥SOD在pH为8.3~8.6有最大酶活性;最适温度为50℃;最适底物浓度为7 mmol/L左右。结论]茎瘤芥叶片SOD活性高于茎瘤芥瘤茎SOD活性。研究结果为开发茎瘤芥资源提供了参考。
