| 摘 要： | 本文对我国26个省（自治区、直辖市）制定发布的食品安全地方标准进行概述，从编号名称一致性、制定单位、与食品安全国家标准的交叉重复情况、制定范畴等方面开展分析讨论，进而提出完善我国食品安全地方标准体系的意见建议。

| Abstract: | This paper summarizes the local food safety standards established and issued by 26 provinces (autonomous regions or municipalities directly under the central government), analyzes the status and problems in the standards such as the consistency of standard codes, standards formulation department, cross-duplication with food safety national standards and formulation category of local food safety standards, and puts forward to suggestions for improving local food safety standards system in China. |
