红芽芋超低温疗法脱毒苗基因组DNA甲基化的MSAP分析

摘    要:对红芽芋超低温疗法脱毒苗的基因组DNA甲基化进行MSAP分析。结果表明,红芽芋超低温疗法脱毒苗总甲基化率提高10.27%,全甲基化率提高12.98%,但半甲基化率下降2.71%。红芽芋超低温疗法脱毒苗去甲基化模式和甲基化模式并存,但去甲基化模式高于甲基化模式,说明较多基因被激活。

Abstract:In this paper,MSAP was used to analyze genomic DNA methylation in virus-free plantlets cryotherapy by red bud taro was used.The results showed that the total methylation rate increased by 10.27%,the full-methylation rate increased by 12.98%,but the hemi-methylation rate decreased by 2.71%. The demethylation and methylation modes in virus-free plantlets by cryotherapy of red bud taro were coexisted,but the demethylation mode was higher than the methylation mode,it indicated that more gene expression was activated. The results of this study can provide a theoretical basis for germplasm conservation and large-scale production of virus-free plantlets by cryotherapy of red bud taro.
