| 摘 要： | 红皮深红肉火龙果软腐病主要发生在花瓣、鳞片和果实。采用组织分离法分离病原菌,通过琼脂平板稀释纯化、致病性测定、形态学和分子生物学方法将病原鉴定为桃吉尔霉Gilbertella persicaria。生物学测定结果表明:该病原菌在15~37℃范围内均能生长,低于10℃不能生长,最适温度32℃;最适pH 5.0~6.0;连续光照更有利于菌丝生长。
