摘    要:涡虫具有极强的再生能力,并且认为涡虫体内存在一类具有增殖分化潜能被称为neoblasts的全能干细胞。这种细胞在涡虫体内可发生迁移、增殖和分化,对其个体组织器官损伤的修复具有重要作用。本实验中,三角涡虫经过饥饿处理后切取特定的组织块,然后再经过处理使组织块中的细胞分离出来。分离的细胞继续培养并通过碱性磷酸酶检测最终鉴定为neoblasts干细胞。

Abstract:The planarian has strong ability to regenerate,and it is regarded that there are a class of totipotent stem cells called neoblasts,which have proliferative and differentiated potence.This cell migration,proliferation and differentiation in the planarian body play a significant role in repairing damage tissues and organs.In this study,specific tissues were cut from the planarian after starvation,and processed to isolate cells.The isolated cells were cultured and finally identified as neoblasts stem cells by alkaline phosphatase detection.
