摘    要:水稻是中国主要的粮食作物,氮是作物吸收利用的大量元素之一,水稻对氮的吸收利用效率成为人们关注的焦点。从水稻根的特性分析可知,在大田条件下水稻不仅吸收NH4^ .而且吸收相当数量的NO3^-。对在不同氮素营养条件下水稻的生长、氮的吸收动力学、离子吸收、氮同化酶活性和内源激素的研究进行综述,探讨了在不同氮营养条件下不同基因型水稻的生理过程;并从水稻根际的硝化作用,不同NH4^ /NO3^-对水稻的生理机制,不同氮素形态对旱作水稻水分利用的效率等方面对今后水稻氮营养的研究方向提出了建议。

Abstract:Rice is one of the main crops in China and requires a lot of nitrogen fertilizer to ensure high yields.Thus,the efficiency of nitrogen adsorption and utilization by the rice becomes an important topic in agricultural production system.Much evidence has shown that rice could take up not only NH + 4,but also NO - 3.The research advancement on the rice growth,nitrogen uptake dynamics and its effect on other ion uptake,the activities of enzymes involved in nitrogen assimilation and endogeneous phytohormone under different nitrogen nutrition conditions were reviewed.Some different physiological processes of different rice genotypes were discussed as well.Therefore,some interesting topics of research on rice nitrogen nutrition,such as nitrification in rice rhizosphere,physiological mechanism of different nitrogen forms on rice,effect of different nitrogen form on water use efficiency of upland rice,were proposed.
