太湖着生藻类的时空分布特征

摘    要:2004年4月—12月选取太湖湖泊的草型、藻型及过渡型区域为研究对象,对不同类型湖泊中着生藻类的分布情况进行调查。结果表明,在种群分布上,着生藻类以绿藻门(44.74%)最多,硅藻门(34.21%)和蓝藻门(18.42%)次之,黄藻门(2.63%)相对较少,各采样点的优势种主要集中在硅藻门。在季节分布上,着生藻类以春季种类和数量最多而冬季最少。在空间分布上,藻型湖泊区域的种类明显少于草型和过渡型区域,而数量分布为藻型湖泊>过渡型>草型。根据各种藻类对水体生态环境的响应情况,在太湖不同区域筛选出不同的生态敏感指示着生藻类。

Abstract:The temporal and spatial distributions of periphytic alage were investigated in different zoological areas of Taihu Lake,from April to December,2004.The results revealed that Chlorophyta(44.74%),Diatoms(34.21%)and blue green algae(18.42%)dominated the periphytic algae.Major diatom genera were Navicula,Synedra and Melosira.The more abundant and widely occurring Chlorophyta genera were Scenedesmus and Chaetophora.The Primary blue-green taxa were species of Rivularia.Dominant species in the different sampling sites mostly focused on Diatoms.Community structure and amounts of the periphytic algae varied temporally.The species and amounts of periphytic algae in spring were most and those in winter were least.Periphytic algae varied spatially both in terms of taxonomic composition and abundance.Taxonomic amounts of periphytic algae in zoological areas of algae were fewer than other zoological areas.Mean density was greater in zoological areas of algae and least in zoological areas of macrophytes.Different indicators of periphytic algae were identified in different zoological areas in Taihu Lake.Spatial variation and the availability of reference areas are important issues that need consideration in future bio-monitoring efforts conducted in this region to ensure the relevancy of the results.
