小麦与长穗偃麦草(高冰草)体细胞杂种后代的性状变异及选育

摘    要:为了解远缘小麦体细胞杂种后代遗传变异的特点,对普通小麦和长穗偃麦草高冰草Ag ropy ronelong atum Host(N evsk i)]的体细胞杂种后代进行了多年的观察、比较和研究,发现体细胞杂种后代变异谱广泛,变异幅度大(达120%),杂种后代性状稳定时间短,遗传性稳定,杂种后代还出现了多种新的高分子量谷蛋白亚基(HMW-GS)。说明将长穗偃麦草的遗传物质通过细胞杂交技术导入了普通小麦,为小麦品质改良提供了优异基因,既丰富了小麦遗传背景,又可使杂种后代较快地稳定,可以利用杂种后代培育出优良品种和种质材料。本研究已培育出几个新品系和不同类型的新种质。

Abstract:The first somatic hybrids of Triticum aestivum/Agropyron elongatum were produced via asymmetric somatic hybridizayion in Shandong University,which provided a new technical platform for wheat breeding.In order to understand the characteristics of heredity and variation of these somatic hybrid progenies and provide guides for wheat breeding,those somatic hybrid progeneies were studied for several years.The result showed that those hybrids possed an abroad variable pedigree(about 120%),with stable heredity and high herditary potential of the most traits.The genetic substance of the Agropyron elongatum was introduced into wheat and provided some new high molecular weight glutenin subunits(HMW-GS).It was very important for improving the quality of wheat,as well as for enriching the genetic basis of wheat.Some new hybrid lines and germplasms had already been selected from the somatic progenies.
