| 摘 要： | 肉牛育肥主要指专用肉牛品种一次性肥育，是肉牛养殖的核心，主要决定于品种、牛舍建设、饲料、饲养管理等关键环节，本文从肉牛品种的选择、标准化牛舍的建设、饲料配方的组成、饲养管理等方面详细总结了西北地区肉牛育肥的成功技术，以供同行参考。

| Abstract: | Beef cattle fattening mainly refers to the one-time fattening of special beef cattle breed, which is the core technology for beef cattle breeding. It is mainly determined by variety, housing construction, feed, breeding management, and other key links. This article detailly described the successful techniques of beef cattle fattening in northwest region from the aspects of selecting beef cattle variety, constructing standard cowhouse, feed formulation composition, feeding and management. |
