梅花鹿鹿花盘对小鼠抗疲劳作用的研究

摘    要:试验研究了梅花鹿鹿花盘蛋白、鹿花盘胶、鹿花盘霜对小鼠的抗疲劳作用。结果表明:鹿花盘胶和鹿花盘霜组均显著延长了小鼠游泳时间,鹿花盘蛋白组极显著地延长了游泳时间;3组均能显著降低血尿素氮含量并且极显著增加肝糖原含量;鹿花盘霜和鹿花盘蛋白组能显著增强乳酸脱氢酶活力;鹿花盘胶和鹿花盘蛋白对血乳酸含量有显著影响。梅花鹿鹿花盘具有较好的抗疲劳功能,其效果以鹿花盘蛋白为最佳。

Abstract:The anti-fatigue effects of antler base protein,antler base frost and antler base glue on mice were studied.The results show that the group of antler base glue and frost plays a significant role in prolonging mouse swimming,antler base protein group more significantly prolongs swimming;Three groups can all reduce the content of blood urea nitrogen and more significantly increase the content of liver hepatin;The group of protein and frost can enhance the activity of lactic dehydrogenase.In addition,the group...
