Advances in Plant Gene Transformation Techniques of Brassica Mediated by Agrobacterium tumefaciens |

| Abstract: | This paper reviews recent progress in genetic transformation mechanism of Brassica mediated by Agrobacterium tumefaciens,main factors which affect the frequency of transformation, selection of transformant, and the genetics and expression of foreign genes in transgenic plants. The problems that need further investigation are also analyzed. |
