摘    要:以小麦“徐州25”为材料,采用盆栽种植,研究了水分胁迫对小麦根系生长及生理状态的影响。结果表明:水分胁迫对小麦种子的发芽率、胚芽鞘和主胚根的生长有抑制作用;适度的水分胁迫(土壤含水量为田间持水量的60%)对苗期小麦根系生长有一定的促进作用,可使根冠比增加,根系活力增大;但重度水分胁迫(土壤含水量为田间持水量的35%)抑制根系的生长,根系活力下降;水分胁迫并使苗期小麦的脯氨酸含量上升、细胞膜的透性增加。

Abstract:Pot experiment was applied to study the effect of water stress on root growth and physiological characters of wheat seedlings. The results showed that water stress restrained the germinative ratio of wheat seeds and the growth of coleoptiles and main radicles. The growth of root was promoted, and increased in root top ratio value and activity of root under moderate water stress (water content of soil is 60% the content of field holding water). The growth of root was restrained and activity of root decreased under severe water stress ( water content of soil is 35% the content of field holding water). The content of praline and permeability of membrane increased at the stage of wheat seedling under severe water stress.
