ROR基因在绒山羊皮肤中的表达研究

摘    要:试验从内蒙古白绒山羊皮肤组织中提取mRNA,经RT-PCR扩增RORα、RORβ、RORγ片段,比较研究ROR基因在内蒙古白绒山羊不同时期1月(退行期)、3月(休止期)、5月(兴盛前期)、9月(兴盛期)份的表达情况。结果发现,RORα、RORβ、RORγ在1、5、9月绒山羊皮肤中表达,在3月份当绒毛生长处于休止期时,该基因的3个亚型均未见表达,且不同的亚型在绒毛生长的不同时期表达规律类同。因此,推测ROR家族的不同亚型均与绒毛的周期性生长有关。

Abstract:To discuss whether the effects of melatonin might result from nuclear receptors, mRNA was extracted from the skin of Inner Mongolia cashmere goat, and retinoid-related orphan receptor α( RORα), retinoid-related orphan receptor β(RORβ) and retinoid-related orphan receptor γ(RORγ) were amplified by RT-PCR, the expression of RORs in the skin of Inner Mongolia cashmere goat from different stages of hair follicle development was explored. The results revealed that the expression of RORα,RORβ and RORγ mRNA was detected in Jan(catagen), May(early anagen) and Sep(anagen),while non-expression in Mar(telogen),and RORα,RORβ and RORγ had the same expression pattern.It suggestted that RORs might have relationship with the cycled growth of cashmere.
