稀土对玉米幼苗抗盐性作用的研究

摘    要:种子经稀土处理,在幼苗生长过程中,浇以不同浓度的NaCl溶液培养、观察,并进行苗期生理指标测定。结果显示,处理组各项生理指标均明显优于对照组。根据对幼苗株高、叶片中脯氨酸含量及叶片组织电导度的测量分析结果综合评定,4,5,7,8号处理明显优于对照,其中4号处理(50mg/kg2富镧稀土浸种)、7号处理(100mg/kg3#富镧稀土浸种)各项指标均达到统计学显著水平。

Abstract:Two years were spent in laboratory research on how rare earth solution affects corn's ability of salty resistant. Corn seed were soaked in rare earth solution. During its growth period, sodium chloride solution in different density were dropped into rare earth solution, and numbered in different test groups. With continuous observation, tests were carried out on all kinds of physiology index. Results showed that all tested groups were better than normal seeds which were not soaked in rare earth solution. From the evaluation of corn seedling height, leaf praline content and leaf conductance, all figures indicated that No.4,5,7,8 seedling group were much better than normal seedling group, among which, group 4 and 7 are up to outstanding level based on statistics in all catergories.
