摘    要:本文通过对食品工业面临的新形势、新趋势的分析,结合作者在哈尔滨泛亚食品机械有限公司产品设计的实践,提出了食品加工机械设计中适应新形势、新趋势的新观念和新思考,并提出了提高食品加工机械设计水平应采取的有效措施。

Abstract:By analyzing the current situation and new trend of food industry, new concepts and ideas in mechanical design of food processing devices were raised by the author based on his mechanical design experience in Harbin Pan Asia Food Machinery Co.Ltd., and effective measures should be taken in order to improve the mechanical design of food processing devices were proposed as well.
