| 摘 要： | 通过对三种农村贫困治理模式的剖析,探索农村贫困治理有效运行的机理。农村贫困地区的稳定脱贫,必须坚持内源性发展,遵行"资源输入—资源承接—资源内生"的路径,借助外援资源催生内生资源,实现贫困地区的可持续性发展。

| Abstract: | Through analyzing three governance models of rural poverty, the paper explores
the effective operation mechanism of rural poverty governance. In order to eradicate poverty
effectively in poor rural areas, we must continue to implement the endogenous development,
follow the path of "resource input - resource acceptance - resource endogeny", and use
external resources to generate endogenous resources and achieve the sustainable development
in poor areas. |
